The A&E Department of JJIMS attends to your emergencies and accident the moment you wheel in . It is managed and run by a full-time dedicated trauma specialists who have been trained in emergency care, backed up by facilities that can put you in safest of hands.

At the JJIMS we believe in the importance of preventive medicine to help you stay in the best of health throughout your life. Some medical conditions are not obvious to the untrained eye so early detection can make all the difference. With regular health screening and proper medical advice, diseases can be averted and medical conditions can be better managed.

Obs & Gynaecology

Our Obstetrics and Gynecology unit offers a full spectrum of women's health care services including yearly checkups, prenatal care (including labor & delivery) , advanced gynecologic surgeries, pelvic floor disorders, menopause and more.

Internal Medicines

Our internal medicine physicians provide a full range of care for adolescents, adults and geriatric age group, including periodic health examinations with appropriate screening for hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and common treatable malignancies. This includes: Allergies and Immunology, Diabetes, Digestive Issues, Heart Disease, Kidney diseases, Liver Disease, Metabolic Issues, Musculoskeletal Diseases, Neurological Problems, Obesity, Respiratory Diseases and many more.

Paediatrics & Neonatology

JJIMS provides your child with medical care by qualified doctors and caring nurses in a child-friendly environment. Each member of our team is a specialist who understands children and their needs. Our comprehensive approach to your child's health, from special needs to preventive care, allows you the full spectrum of choices for your child from an experienced staff you can trust. We have state of the art 17 beded NICU with separate area demarcated for in-born and Out -born babies to felicitate segregation and curb spread of infection. ENT

Our highly specialized doctors are experienced in trauma and elective orthopedic operations including fracture management, joint replacement, ligament reconstruction, foot and ankle surgeries. Our Orthopedic department provides care for patients with bone, joint, muscle and associated musculoskeletal injuries, from diagnosis through to surgery and other treatment modalities including rehabilitation.

Surgery, MAS, Day Care Surgeries

JJIMS has five well-equipped operating theatres (OT). The Operating Theatre Department is staffed, and managed, by a team of qualified, and caring surgical professionals, who work seamlessly with experienced general and specialist surgeons trained overseas. People requiring surgical services will be admitted to the Medical Surgical Department (MSD). The main ward will take cases that require overnight hospital stay for recovery. Meanwhile, patients undergoing same day discharge procedures will be admitted to the Day Care unit.

Ophthalmology

The Ophthalmology Department offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services for routine eye check up and various serious eye ailments. Staffed by experienced Ophthalmic Surgeons, the department is equipped with state of the art equipment, which helps in providing excellent eye care to the patients. Surgical procedures for cataract, glaucoma and squint correction are routinely performed. The technique of Phacoemulsification and foldable Intra Occular Lens are also available.

Physiotherapy and wellness

Proper, adequate therapies and rehabilitation can reverse many disabling conditions or can help patients cope with deficits that cannot be reversed by medical care. AT JJIMS Rehabilitation Centre, we are dedicated to helping people with different levels of impairment, functional limitation, disability and other health related conditions. Our Centre offers some of the best rehabilitation services in region.
